The business of writing out the sheet music for Moral Ambiguity: The Erotic Space Opera for Ukulele will continue, but the screen play is done and can be magically converted into a stage play with the wonderful power of Celtx. This car was parked outside of my mom's place today. I am tempted to go back to school to learn blood drawing so I could become a phlebotomist. It is one of my favorite words and being able to do it as a career is a bonus.

We ate lunch at the Chop House in Denver on Sunday. Get the prime rib burrito and the artichoke dip if you go. It's decorated with a train theme and I like this artwork but last time I searched for it on the web I couldn't find a copy I could buy anyplace. Maybe I will look again.

I doubt this is how the office space architect envisioned this lobby area, but then with so many awards being handed out to really bad design maybe the neuvo-storage-room look is the new black.

The Day They Tore Down the Elementary

I took this right after I bought this phone. They built a new elementary school four doors down from my house and the day they ripped out the old buildings caused the Earth to shake.

Restored hotel in Buffalo Wyoming

We spent a night at this lovely hotel in Buffalo Wyoming. They have a suite in back that was once a brothel. The restaurant next door was yummy for dinner. We ate in the bank vault. Breakfast across the street was good too. They have a huge sporting goods store just down the street that seems too big for this size of town.

We took a road trip to Mount Rushmore and Yellowstone last summer. This is a pretty famous truck stop on I-25 north of Denver. The cinnamon rolls are the big attraction but the line was too long to wait.
